Big shout out and thank you to Rose City RV (Michigan). They do not sell RV model but they immediately helped us with a major pin box failure, and got us back on the road in two weeks (Mfg taking 12 days to get the new pin box to them). The owner Delinn and her service staff are caring, good hearted, super professional people.
