Highly recommend them. Got a prior referral through a contractor website to a power washing company in Long Island, was passed to an estimator, told I had to wait over a week for them to come, and then they never followed up with me for an appointment. Ace is the opposite. Spoke directly to Dave, who did the work. He was very responsive to all our communications and came the next day. No hassle. My house had been inexplicably egged all over my front screen door and up the side of my house and garage, plus I had green mold. Dave removed it all, and it was clear that he takes great pride in his work

They powerwashed my patio and supposedly cleaned out my gutters.
It normally takes 3-5 hours to powerwash my blue slate patio depending on if we do it or a professional. Ace did it in under 2 hours. They spray chemicals on the surface, let it stay for approx 30-45 minutes then rinse off. It looks very good. They were sloppy and didn't move my small wheeled barbeque which had dirt all underneath but to their credit, they came back. It would have been better if they had quality control so the call was unnecessary on a very busy day. I'd give them 4 stars for powerwashing.

The power washing of my house was extremely fast and they could have taken a little more pride in their work. I paid David in full and I have not received a paid receipt as of yet .i am very disappointed with Ace as they never return my phone calls It makes for poor business practice.other than that there is some improvement in the way the house looks.

I was very disappointed with the service I received. David was extremely rude and disrespectful, if I had known how he treats his customers I would have never given him my business. David and I made arrangements for him to come at 4 pm. I left my house and got a call at 1 pm that he was at my house. He said he was going to start the job, I asked him to wait ten minutes for me to come home. He then proceeded to yell at me saying he had a 10,000 job that he could have been doing, and he came to do my job and he's doing me a favor and then hung up the phone on me. Split level House was power washed by Ace on June 14th.
The tech did an excellent job cleaning vinyl siding, aluminum gutters and facia surfaces. Tech was very professional, courteous and helped placing patio furniture back when completed.
Overall well worth the wait at a fair and reasonable price. Already recommended to many friends and neighbors.
