We had a beautiful retaining wall built. Unfortunately, the contractor did not understand draining. After multiple quotes from other draining companies, of which some contractors didn't want to touch the project, Mr. House and Dustin provided the best solution that was manageable to our budget and would preserve the wall. Great communication. The workers who did the job were knowledgeable, on time, and were diligent workers. I would highly recommend Rain Tamer.

Dustin was helpful with working up a plan and quote for our drainage issue. Benny and Ernesto did a great job on the project. They cut out our grass in big enough pieces that would allow them to lay it back down after installation. They dug the trench by hand to minimize any damage to underground lines. They finished in a timely matter. I’m happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

He he came out to our home in response to our request for a quote for French drain work. He was here for less than five minutes before saying "Oh I don't want to do that", apparently because the job would require the removal of some concrete. I guess you can do that if you're making plenty of money elsewhere, also struck me as lazy and unprofessional. What a waste of time.

I called two other places for quotes- neither could see me that month(it was the beginning of the month too). Rain Tamer sent someone out 2 days later. We met Dennis. He showed up in a work vehicle with a work shirt on and gave me some scented hand sanitizer(covid). He had a huge list of colors to choose to match our trim perfectly. They came earlier than expected and finished in one day.
