They were the first company to call us back, two other company’s took 2-3 days to get back to us, another never called us back. The first meeting was quick and very informative, they explained everything we had questions on. We were able to finance the furnace and a/c unit combined from a company they suggested it gave as at a very low interest rate.
Got the whole job done in one day. Attention to detail was noticeable !!! Everything sealed/taped Up nicely.

Recently had a furnace install completed by JIBEC. Excellent customer service from day one. Very informative, promptly answered any emails I sent with questions, on time for install. The install team went through the furnace operation and thermostat functions and answered any questions I had. The only snag was with the inspector that showed up early before the install was complete and had to come back the next day. The owner of the company met the inspector at my home and also left a case of furnace filters for the inconvenience even though it was no fault of his own.Took care of the rebate and
