Hired LOKK for a contract litigation and help receiving documents from a company. $2500 initial. Attorney unfortunately contracted COVID. No response or answers for weeks. Did not turn case over to another attorney. JUST LEFT IT HANGING! Apologized. Required more money to be paid because of work done. Stupidly paid it. Owner gave work to another attorney. Working on commission then changed mind and wanted $9000 more. Again, kept my money. Owner said he would credit my account. After numerous months, dropped my account. No significant work for some approx. some $4000. Called today. Tabitha said

I filled out the online form on their website to request a consultation on legal services with a commercial real estate transaction. It's been 3 days and no response. No email, no phone call, no nothing. There's no excuse for a non response. I had to contact 3 other law firms with all 3 returning my call. 2 firms couldn't take on any new business but the 3rd one sent me an engagement proposal.

Excellent service from a very knowledgeable and capable team. I deal with Angela Ness on a real estate issue. No one likes to deal with legal issues but I felt that Angela did a great job keeping me informed on the process and the documents her office produced did a great job at representing our interests.
All email and phone communications were timely and Angela called exactly when she said she would. She was always prepared and had a decisive course of action. Her advice was spot-on. I followed it.

It looks like most of their reviews are years old, so I assume their practices have unfortunately took a turn
I called to setup an initial consultation, and I got an email a few hours later asking for $75 for the consultation. What a horrible practice and a huge red flag. Sounds like a company that nickel and dimes it's clients and wouldn't work efficiently so they could drag out the hours and charge me for them had I allowed them to take my case. I would suggest this company reevaluate that practice.

Fantastic, quick service - highly recommended! I had a small legal issue and searched around for help. Lokk Legal was very fast to reply to my inquiry and set me up with a phone consultation the next morning. The attorney, Angela, was very helpful and thoughtful with her consultation. 30 minutes later I had all of the answers I needed and clear understanding of how to proceed with my situation. I will definitely be using Lokk again in the future.

I've asked several legal questions over the years, and they've always had good advice. Even when I ask a question regarding an area they don't practice in, they've ALWAYS sent me a great referral who did help me. I've referred my clients to them (and to the great referrals).

The BEST Business Attorney around. I just used LOKK Legal to change my small business from a Sole Proprietorship to an LLC and the process could not have been any smoother! As many of the previous reviews have already said, Lokk Legal is a MUST for any business and business owner. There are so many ways you need to be protected, especially when getting into a contract with another individual or company. Why not get a professional lawyer to help out. Lokk Legal is a huge asset. Their knowledge is invaluable as well as very affordable.

I am located in Los Angeles I didn't know where to turn in San Diego for an attorney so I went to Yelp and found Koorosh. He has gone above and beyond with talking to me and referring me to a lawyer that can help (what I needed isn't something that Koorosh does).
When the lawyer that he referred me to couldn't help, Koorosh called me back to go over everything and told me that no matter what he wouldn't "leave me out to dry." He then went out of his way to review my case further to give me some help. This guy is amazing!
