We began our automotive career here in Billings in 1971 when I got a job as a salesperson at a local new car dealership and we have been going strong ever since. Bobbi and I recruited our sons Jay and Cody in 1999 and opened the Car Factory. We keep over 100 vehicles in stock and we deal in everyday transportation, commercial and classic vehicles along with RV, ATV, watercraft and snowmobiles.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle! I went there just to see about possible options as I have a pretty ugly credit score and Chuck was so helpful and reached out to a credit union they work with and was able to get me into a vehicle in my price range that is perfect for my family!

Just recently bought a vehicle here. Our salesman was Chuck - we were very happy with his service. He was very straight forward and didn't try to "sell" us on anything. We really appreciate a salesperson who gives us the room to make a decision and he did. Chuck also went above and beyond by getting me more on a trade in for my old vehicle than what i had asked for. I don't think many would be honest like that. Would consider buying from here again.

Do NOT do business with this used car snake. After being in contact about a car, having a friend test drive it, telling him we would come and buy it, driving 5 hours, spending the night in a hotel, and texting in the morning to say we were coming in at 9 (when they say they open), he writes back to say he sold the car to someone else. As for the phone call that followed, I cannot express how rude, dismissive, and full of negative attitude this person is. If he is, in fact, the business owner, it is inexplicable to me how he has stayed in business. Yelp requires at least a one-star rating.

Unfortunately, didn't do my homework. Used car factory has been in this corner for years. Great service through the financing process. Very knowledgeable! However, knowing that I was purchasing an as is vehicle I asked if this thing craps out will you make it right. I was assured that I had nothing to worry about. Well, not the case! When push came to shove I had to shell out 800$ to make the truck road worthy. It makes me sad that I cannot recommend this lot. I am at fault for not doing my homework but nonetheless I was told one thing to get the sale and another thing when I trust their
