I called Centra on Monday, by Tuesday they had a tech on it. Our gate was developing a mind of its own...opened and closed for no reason and no one...I had gerry-rigged a beam safety fix that needed to be addressed professionally...I couldn't line up the beam so I duct taped the reflector directly to the sending unit...worked but with this errant open/close behavior, I could only trust the motor unplugged...not a good thing. So I called Centra and they sent Ben who cleaned and fluffed, added an new beam unit, secured it to a more sturdy metal post and lined up the reflector so we now have
