I had an excellent experience with Connections by Avra. I was traveling in Paris, Fr and I booked my tickets with Jamie, my travel agent, at Connections. Jamie saved my travel day when I was traveling back to the states. My flight was canceled by AirFrance and I did not receive a notification updating me on my changed flight status. AirFrance also did not rebook my flight. Jamie called me the night before indicating that there has been a cancelation and rebooked my flight for the same day and close to the same departing time as my previous flight. I'm grateful she was paying attention!
