From Phase I assessments to remediation, an experienced environmental professional can provide solutions to a wide range of environmental challenges.
VEETech assists their clients by providing a variety of investigation services to help minimize the environmental risk associated with owning property. One of the most common investigations required is a Phase I - ESA (Environmental Site Assessment).
The purpose of an ESA is to review the past and present land usage, site conditions and site operations and to evaluate potential areas of concern for environmental responsibility and public health and safety.A visual inspection of the subject property and contiguous properties by a qualified individual to identify areas of concern and/or potential problems concerning the storage, handling, and disposal of hazardous substances.

Because everyone is part of the solution, VEETech offers a wide range of prevention services to assist their clients in being environmentally responsible. Facilities which receive, store or transport certain quantities of oil are required by the EPA to maintain SPCC plans. VEETech has experience with both large and small private and federal facilities in developing and maintaining these plans.
VEETech assists their clients with a wide range of remediation and restoration services. Remediation projects often require a variety of elements from assessment and planning to design, management, monitoring and reporting leading to final closure.
