I was hired as a Solidworks Design Engineer for reverse engineering an ammo press machine for Coventry Industries. The original agreement was to do the job remotely but the owner could not meet his end of the deal. I decided in order to get the job completed for the Owner I would make an offer to come up to Michigan to do the job where the machine would be present and available to take measurements if need be and another agreement was made. Again the owner was not able to meet his end of the agreement. Basically leaving me stranded at the train station in 1 degree weather. No ubers or lyts were

Ordered a 02 mounting plate for my canik two weeks ago. And received no response on if it was confirmed, in stock, etc. Googled company and called "BUSINESS" number about an hour an a half after opening to check status of order.
Gentlemen that answered (owner) informed me that they took my money and don't have any more mounting trays, but he may have one on his desk.
When asked when he would know for sure, he made it seemed like I was rushing him (been waiting on my order for weeks) and said this isn't his business number, but his personal phone number (mistake) instead while having a condescending

Great business and great customer service! I had questions and they were always answered quickly. Shipping was very fast and I was updated every step of the way.
