Our facility shares it's home with our parent company, Custom Mechanical Equipment (click to be taken to CME website). CME expanded their 13-year old manufacturing plant to offer new services: powder coating, Cerakoting, dustless sandblasting, power washing, and custom fabrication.

With our full fabrication shop, dustless sandblasting equipment, and state of the art powder coating system we can handle anything your job may require, all under one roof! Though there are many benifits of choosing powder coating over traditional painting methods, the primary benefit is durability.
Our powder coating facility is brand new and state of the art. Extra large 10' x 10' door openings and 33' length ensure that we can powder coat any parts, large or small. We have thousands of colors to choose from, and our five step wash process will guarantee a perfect finish. We have the ability to powder coat almost any metal project you have!
We have full service options for any upgrade you want to do to your toys. Our dustless blasting equipment is perfect to blast off paint on any part of your "baby", it is a great tool for automotive stripping. With our large selection of color choices, and the ability to order most colors offered by Prismatic Paint, Cerkaote, Tiger-Drylac, or Sherwin Williams for a small additional fee, we can turn your toy into a work of art.
Our mobile blaster uses a water base system, which makes the process nearly dust free and removes the potential for warping. The mobile blaster can clean a wide variety of surfaces, including: steel, wood, concrete, fiber glass, brick, and aluminum. Multple abrasives can be used in the process, though our favorite is recycled glass - its cheap, clean, effective, and eco friendly.
Though different types of metals may be the first thing that comes to mind, plastics, glass, and even wood may all be able to be powder coated. There are many different parts that can go straight from cleaning to finish coat.

Custom Powder & Blasing coated a glider and lawn chairs for us that are old as the hills. They had about 5 layers of paint and some rust showing on the arms. When we picked them up, they looked BEAUTIFUL! We couldn't be more pleased. Now we can sit in them comfortably without worrying if we will have dirty or stained clothes when we get up.
