I have always had a fierce commitment to living in alignment with my principles, which frequently meant blazing a pretty non-typical trail through a remarkably adventure-laden life. I'd like to believe I've had the strength of spirt and courage to follow my heart, no matter what. Here's some of my story!
Barack Obama. The CEO of Intuit. The President and CEO of Sun Microsystems. The list goes on and on. Each of these individuals, who inarguably reached the pinnacle of their professions, took advantage of coaching. Having a coach helps you live as your most authentic self, attain the necessary clarity to make great decisions, offers accountability from a place of neutrality, and offers you a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw on.
A business plan? Great connections? Financing? No! Those things all help, but some people have all of them and some people have none of them. The ONLY THING all successful entrepreneurs have in common is that they all started a business. Action is what matters! I remember the first time I thought about starting a business but talked myself out of it.
At some point, your revenue growth will slow down. The complexities of managing a larger team of employees and/or vendors will rear their heads. Cash management will require more of your time and thought. Making decisions will require more data and it may seem like there's both too much data and not enough at the same time.

Finding Dave has been a stroke of very good luck (and a testament to his SEO skills). I run a boutique law firm and do not have a strong business or finance background. Dave is a wonderful coach. He is a great listener who is non-judgmental, and has an innate ability to really home in on the most important issues that need to be addressed first. Dave has been an incredible resource and motivator. He's open, empathetic and provides real tools to launch a business. He's taken last minute (late night) calls, provided documents and spreadsheets regarding work flow and proposals. He takes the time to get to know you and what you need to move forward. I was skeptical in our first "free discovery call" as some coaches use that call just to get you to sign a contract/pay them. That was not the case with Dave.
