Services
Inspections are performed throughout the production process by the machine operators and by inspectors on the plant floor. Instruments are calibrated and we have good selection of measurement equipment: Coordinate Measuring Machine, Optical Comparator, and a full assortment of Jo blocks, surface plates, intrimiks, micrometers, height gauges, plug gauges, thread gauges & verniers.
These are some examples of the work that we do. There are aluminum, brass, bronze, steel and stainless steel parts made from raw materials, sand castings, investment castings and extrusions. Most of our CNC Milling & Turning work is for original equipment manufacturers. The Waterjet process lends itself to a wide variety of industries which includes sheet metal fabrication to custom art and architectural projects.
Kenilworth, NJ- Evolution Machine Products, Inc. has added a new Haas VF2 Milling Center to our milling cell. The new machine was purchased through HFO Allendale Machinery Systems and includes extended automation with a Renishaw Intuitive Probing System onboard.
The probing system makes changeovers much quicker by automating the setup process and also provides tool touch off, wear and breakage detection as well as in-machine inspection of parts like a CMM would otherwise provide outside of the machine process.The machine is 4th Axis ready and features rigid tapping and remote monitoring.
