I cannot say enough about the efficiency, patience, professionalism, and expertise of setting up our Will and Trust with Jessie and her staff. She answered all our questions, even ones we did not think of. Everything was clear and concise!

I contacted Jessica Sippel, under duress attempting to complete a quick claim deed. She agreed to send a fee agreement with a summary only after collecting very private, confidential information. I received her correspondence with a denial of services, unless she saw me in person.
How dare Sippel do inapposite than what she stated. DISHONEST, DECEPTIVE, OFFENSIVE, INEXPERIENCED, person. Immediately after feeling like she needed to consult in person, Sippel should have said so AND "DISCLOSED THIS CONFLICT OF INTEREST!"
This person appears to be inexperienced, prejudice and far from being up front

Don't collect personal bank account information, location of bank account, how much is in the account, based upon false claims that you would need this information if in fact a person like me wanted to complete a quick claim deed and estate protection then write a letter saying that you want to see my face!!!!
Bad lawyer, and unethical agenda. You should be reported to the State Bar. You should have stated that when you agreed to send the paperwork and before asking for personal identification and bank information.
