What is estate planning? Simply stated, estate planning protects you, your loved ones, and the assets you've worked a lifetime to accrue. It is the act of creating a plan for how you want your assets handled upon disability or death, and while it can be uncomfortable to think about these things, it's also incredibly important.
What is Medicaid? In 1965, Medicaid was established as a federal program designed to provide medical assistance for people with limited income and resources. In the United States, it is the largest source of funding for health-related services for low income people. Medicaid funding comes from a combination of state and federal dollars, and there are both state and federal regulations that apply to the operation of the Medicaid program.

Matt and his staff are wonderful. Our Mother was confused and hesitant about setting up a trust after her husbands passing. Matt was patient with her questions and helped her feel at ease. His staff is kind and a pleasure to work with. Matt certainly has a gift when dealing with the elderly. Thank you!

We were in need of updating our will and came out with peace of mind. It is never to early to plan for your loved ones needs. It is hard to think that you will not be eternally healthy and wise, but Deliberato Law Center gently guided us through the process. It is a great comfort to know that when the time comes, the ones we dearly love will be taken care of.

This law firm is most excellent with client care and well-being. Very simple explanations to all that we need to know about our future planning. The seminars are very worthwhile to attend and learn. There are so many loopholes that we generally are not aware of, and DLC is the best in providing the service. I thought I knew it all until I went to my first seminar. What a surprise! Also note, I am big on who all represents a company and the paralegals, secretaries and all are truly great!

Matt Deliberato helped us navigate estate planning for my mother which resulted in her receiving quality care in her last years while also allowing her to protect assets. He is very knowledgeable and carefully explained financial matters thoroughly to mom every step of the way. We felt confident in the decisions we were making because of his expertise.

Matt Deliberato and his team are great to work with! Highly professional with an endearing personality that makes you feel at ease. They take the time to give thorough explanations of all the options available. The end product we received was well above what we had expected, (or used to when dealing with other law offices). We will definitely recommend them to all our friends and relatives.
