If I could rate zero I would. He breached contract which made me miss other work that could been booked. Acted like he actually had credentials to get my company into NFL Draft Events to photograph but always said let me get with you all the way down till the day before then never heard from. Sent letter of breach of contract still no reply, now legal matter and will sue for missed money. Come to find out he is town scammer.

I would advise anybody thinking of using John Smith Marketing for their printing needs to not do it, not even consider it. I ordered a lot of campaign signs when I ran for city council from John Smith, and after he saw the design and said he could do it for this price, I thought I was getting a deal over my previous printer's rates. The signs he delivered were not the design I ordered, and when I brought this up, his answer to me was "It was cheaper this way." What he means is, it was cheaper for him to print a less detailed sign than I told him I wanted and he agreed to do. He offered

Horrible horrible customer service! All I wanted was some simple business cards... Of course he came right away to meet me for my deposit , gave me a 3 day turnaround , said he would email my proofs the same day ! Didn't happen , a week went by I called for my proofs he said " he thought he sent them and said wait an hr he would resend them! Still never got them , I called left voicemails , emails and texts and he has yet to contact me , nor returned my deposit for work he didn't do! I had a very important event I needed them for and he screwed me ! Never again will I use him or
