Thank you Phoenix Mechanical! Thank you Vince! Quality, dedication, reliable. It is NEVER good to find out that you need an entire new boiler, as well as re-plumbing entire mechanical room. You guys made it painless for me! Quality is not cheap, but it is about safety, trust and professionalism. I did not go for the lowest bid, I chose Phoenix because this is my safety and my home. I have used Phoenix on my previous home as well, and will not trust anyone else. Not sure why they do not have solid 5 stars. From technicians, management, office and owner…all impressive, especially in today’s challenging

Phoenix Mechanical came to my rescue when my well pump died. They did a wonderful professional job and kept me informed each step of the way on work needed. They balanced and prioritized my immediate need to make the house functional again.
I have a deep, 640 foot well, powered by solar. Johnnie and crew gave a sense of confidence by actions and information. They did a lot to restore life as normal for the house hold. I highly recommend Phoenix Mechanical for deep well work. They have the skill and equipment to pull a deep well and replace it. My gratitude is high, so

Phoenix Mechanical helped us in March 2020 with a rebuild to a radiant floor heating manifold system for a home we purchased in the Weimer neighborhood. They were excellent! From Bob Draper’s initial help inspecting systems and estimating repairs, to the actual plumbing, fabricating, electrical, valving and controls work. Everyone I met at Phoenix was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Our property caretaker called Phoenix to come out to evaluate what would be required to fix a leak at our part time home. Two (??) people came out, said the home office would provide a price. Mr. Draper spoke to our caretaker and would not give him an estimate for the repair and then I received a $193.00 bill for the two that came out to assess the situation, one charging $85 per hour the other $35. And, even though Mr. Draper had my contact information, he nor anyone from his office called me to discuss the work needed. Very disappointed. Will never call Phoenix for anything again.

I am very dissapointed In this Phoenix Mechanical company. Just this summer Two guys came out to my apartment complex to look at my Air Conditioner on the roof. They Inspected It. Said nothing was wrong with It. But our AC unit Is still blowing out warm Air. It goes from cool not cold air to warm to warmer air. One of the guys said "you can't expect the Air to blow out 30 degree air at the hottest part of the day". Well If there's nothing wrong with my Air Conditioner then It should be blowing out cool air at the hottest part of the day. And this was coming from a guy who works there with 25 years

They Charged me $180 an hour for travel. Although it is 1.5 hours round trip from my house to their shop, they rounded up to an even 2 hours at $360(they told me they charged for travel, but $180 an hour for driving a small pickup seems a tad steep to me). Apparently two people were needed to shock a well, and again, they rounded their time up.. nearly $700 to shock a well?! I was floored.
Really can’t recommend them to anyone in my area.

I loved this place in fact paid their high prices because I thought the quality was worth it . Had them out to do work on a rental that needed a thermostat not only did I get charged for two people to install a it but they added 3 yes 3 carbon monoxide detectors in my rental without permission charged me a crazy amount (hundreds for plug in ones ) added I. Cray labor charges and btw the house has all electric appliance and is tiny ! Then said the owner would call me back when it almost tripled my cost and nope never one call back just bills . Do not trust they won’t over charge you like I did

Quoted one amount and charged another when our boiler went out. Owner Bob Draper said his employee that quoted us a price was "mistaken" and price increased by thousands of dollars. We felt this was a bait and switch because he knew we had to have it. He said they only do work with an approved quote, so we approved the higher quote.
Then AFTER the work was completed, we then received an additional $660 bill for a "pre-quote".
By far some of the shadiest business practices that I have dealt with.

I contacted this company based on a referral and I'm glad I did. My floor heating was out and the house was at 55 degrees . They were at my home within 2 hours and had everything fixed in 3 hours . The technicians were fast and informative and made sure to explain everything they were working on to me . They were able to fix my apartment's floor board heaters for less than $200 when I was quoted $1500 from a competitor . A company like this is hard to find in a small town like Taos . I plan to use them for all my future heating and cooling needs ,
