Seneca is exactly what you look for in a rehab or long term home. They have compassion, patience, interdisciplinary team work, and it is an over all safe place. From nursing to dietary all your needs can be met with excellence. You are informed and involved in your care which makes it individualized for YOU! Staff is caring and the building is beautiful. No other facility can compare.

The only information I have on my brother is he was moved from the hospital to Seneca Place on Friday night, January 29. I haven’t talked with him since Friday. I called yesterday and the receptionist either couldn’t or wouldn’t give me any information but said the admissions administrator would be in shortly and she would have him call me. I never got a phone call.
I called this morning. “The admission administrator didn’t come in yesterday after all.” The receptionist did tell me that my brother is there. She was there and transferred me to the nurses station

No one answers the phone; transferred my family member to a nearby hospital and didn’t receive a call until 2 hours later letting me know she had been transferred. The receiving hospital couldn’t even get through to the facility to obtain a history because no one would answer the phone. No apologies or any follow up calls from facility. Sounds like poor management.
