I needed a replacement key for my son's electric dirt bike after he lost one of the originals at a friend's house. The key was very unique and I went to Lowe's, Ace and another locksmith shop in an effort to get a copy. All said that they could not copy the key. I sent a picture of the key to someone at Brass Lock and Key, and was told that I could bring it in and he would try. After working on it for nearly 15 minutes, he gave us two working copies and refused to take any money!! It was such a kind and generous gesture and I can't recommend this locksmith more highly! Wonderful people!
