Fixed my computer on the spot and for a very reasonable price. Was able to take it home and use it the same day I dopped it on the floor, no waiting. He delievered on everything that was promised and walked me through the repairs while he worked. He is my new "go to" guy for all of my computer needs.

I kept putting off getting my laptop for 2 years. The people I have known who repair computers it in IT at work were just the people who I don't want to deal with.
How glad I am that my neighbor recommended John.
No pressure, not arrogant. Very nice, friendly and I think he knows every computer ever made. But he NEVER talks above his customer, he talks to you on your level of computer knowledge. He does not try fixing things that don't need to be fixed, only what you want or need. You will not be deceived.
I had 2 broken laptops, one was an old Windows Vista that I need to run some old software

I am offering the highest possible recommendation for this computer rescue service! John went above and beyond the norm to solve my laptop problems. He is experienced, knowledgeable and very trustworthy. Service fees are very reasonable and fair. With parts in hand, John explained the problems in detail. It became clear that a repair was not the best solution, even though the repair would have made more money for the business. The old computer used for lap counting at the race track died, with all the records and software on it. Computers Reborn was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and was able to repair and recover everything at a very reasonable cost! I highly recommend them over the big box store "experts".

I called to get parts for Dell keyboard keys and the serviceman was super nice, honest and helpful. He went the extra mile to see if the part was available anywhere. Although the piece could not be found, I really appreciated his excellent customer service and willingness to assist. Keep up the great work!! Called one morning with some simple questions, John told me to bring in my computer and he would check it, NO CHARGE. Checked it and told me she was fine, not to get rid of and use until no longer able. How is that for honesty?? So impressed I brought in a 1999 Gateway PC that I wanted the pics from, John again came to the rescue to find them using an older OS he has. John was on a service call when I first showed up. I will definitely call before I just drop by next time. I came back when he was available with a laptop that I was pretty sure was going to be DOA. John invited me to stay while he took a look at it, and he opened it up immediately. He confirmed death for me, and we had a great conversation while he did it. While he could have gotten parts for me to make a repair, he suggested that it would cost would be a comparable price if I buy a replacement online, found the replacement for me, and texted me a picture of the print out after I forgot it

I just moved into the west side of Spartanburg and had no clue who to contact to get my home system set up again. my greenville contact had moved to Cal so i took a chance and called CR which was close to my house. What a lucky call! John managed to squeeze me in the same day. Extremely knowledgable, personable and efficient he made me less stressed with the process.
His fee was very reasonable. i had the impression he works with larger cients and contracts but i felt i got high class service as well. it was a pleasure to meet a true professional and i will be calling him for future projects

I use my laptop for some streaming but mail for work purposes. When I opened my laptop one morning it was completely infested with viruses, spyware, ad ware, etc ... so I contacted Computers Reborn. Not only did I receive great customer service and speedy communication, but I was kept updated regarding repair and if any more was needed. The charge for the work done was very reasonable and there were even options on methods of payment... thank you so much Computers Reborn!
