3 years in probate she realy dropped the ball on this family. She sold the family house but before she did she let the pipes in the house freeze up .then sold house as is so family lost more money. Oh and don't call her she will charge you big bucks for a phone call .and if you call her she will never call you back. The files are on her desk since july we still haven't heard from Bassett Renae. So how long is this will take 3 years going on 4 who's her boss .Terrible job verry dissatisfied with her.call her still no answer???

I've spoken with Rene about an elder care legal matter several times now. Each time I spoke with her, she was very knowledgeable and took her time discussing the matter with me. Very fast returning phone calls, and answers questions thoroughly. Also, her office staff is friendly. Overall, I had a great experience with Bassett Law.

Rene helped me over the phone, saving me a trip to her office. She is an in network provider for my legal plan. I called her office after hours and left a message. She called me back the next morning. She answered my questions, and she was super friendly and courteous, and when I offered my case number from my legal plan, she told me she didn't need it for a phone call (i.e. she helped me for no charge). A+, would recommend.

Mr. Merle Bassett what's my father's attorney for many of years he has passed away now and what a loss our town has belt his daughter is running his business I went in for some advice they gladly gave us the advice we needed very polite and good to us I have not had to have an official attorney yet but learning from her father I'm sure she's quite capable of whatever is neededđź’–
