ADB recently finished our basement. The job came in nearly on schedule, in spite of the difficulties due to the pandemic. The design team did a wonderful job figuring out what we wanted and making it happen. We are really pleased with the result. Excellent work and great communications with the Project Manager.

After interviewing a couple of companies, we decided to hire ADB because of their process, design, proposal, timeline, and general knowledge of projects like ours. Remodeling a house can be confusing and if your contractor is unorganized it can be a nightmare. We were happy with our decision. A couple of issues came up, but ADB handled it professionally & in a timely manner. Most importantly, we came in on budget. Thank you!

Active Design & Build did an excellent design and execution in our kitchen remodel which was a complete gut job to the studs with a new layout which now looks amazing, even refinished hardwood floors. I highly recommend them, I like the transparency of the process, costs, management of expectations, all the dust mitigation efforts, planned schedules and ultimately the fact that they are upstanding people who are accountable. ADB did a great job.

Active Design & Build recently completed our rear extension and we couldn't be happier. The job was completed on time and the only changes to the budget were ones made by us asking for additional work. Their team's communication with us throughout the build was excellent, keeping us up to date and answering our questions. I have been in the construction business for over thirty years. I learned everything there is to know about residential construction. In all that time I have never seen a company more dedicated. Not only do they insist on top notch quality and care for there clients they care about the trades they use. They also have a schedule you can set your watch to. Military precision. It's like being on a winning team. I am proud to say that I'm on that team. I work as a subcontractor and would recommend anyone to contact them. For whatever the reason.
