So pleased. Very friendly staff, good prices, and beautiful work. I just told them what I wanted the plaques to say and they came out better than I imagined. Five plaques like the one pictured were $25 ($5/piece). Only thing was I did not get a call when they were complete, I called in. But it’s possible they had just finished and it’s not worth deducting a star, especially with everything else being so great. :)

Emailed in asking for a small engraving something I can put on a item I bought for my daughter that I want her to charish forever. I was able to email correspondence 2 or 3 times to get what I wanted. Started the correspondence on a Tuesday... got a call Thursday for payment and it a in the mail.. got it Friday with two options. Just paid the minimum and I love how easy it was, how they look. Thank you Bay engraving!!! Job well done

These guys game through with a last minute award that we let slip through the cracks. Thoroughly impressed with their willingness to work with us and come up with a fantastic custom gift in less then 12hours even with it being the busy season for them. Great local company.
