These levels with other information are used to make sure there is enough bacteria in the tank. Septic tanks still need to be pumped on a regular routine maintenance basis.
Blue Diamond can put your establishment on an automatic work order to pump you grease trap. The automatic work order can put your mind at ease. We have a computer generated work order that lets us know when your trap is ready for pumping. The periodic pumping rate is determined by your grease generation at the time your establishment is put on a regular schedule for cleaning the grease trap.

I've used this company before and had great experience which is why I'm giving a 3 star. May just have been a busy time but I called twice and then finally went online to fill out a work order because I didn't get a return call. Someone got back and scheduled the pump out and no one showed during the scheduled week. After sending two emails I was finally called back and they showed up within the next few days.
I understand a busy time, but a little customer service goes a long way. A call to let me know they wouldn't make it the week they scheduled for would have kept me

Warning!! very unresponsive company. I had an inspections set up , but the appointment had to be postponed to another date because of an unrelated matter. As with most contracts , the purchase was based on septic passing inspection. After that Blue Diamond never answered the phone, , always a girls voice on a voice mail. That alone isn't bad if they always call back. however I called 3 times over 3 different days explaining how critical and time sensitive rescheduling was. You only have 10 days typically to get your results and cancel your purchase. The company never called back one
