Nice company to work with, both the folks in office and the crew that came to get me sorted out for a pump replacement. I appreciate the straightforward professional service you guys provided, no BS, they got the job done and my water working as it should. And for the crew putting up with my questions along the way.

Terrible experience. Make sure you get everything in writing. Their pricing is very slippery and Randy is terrible at dealing with customers...
They sold me a $1500 pump that failed after 6 years. Called them for service and was told it would be $140 to come out. I agreed. After arrival and inspection they told me my warranty was only good for 5 years and I would have to pay for a new pump. When I got my bill almost 3 weeks later, I see I was billed for 2 service calls ($280).
I stopped into their office to pay and get the service call fee adjusted. Randy rudely told me in a tone that was confrontational

Called Cluff Well Drilling mid-morning with issues with our well pump, they had a crew out here in just a couple of hours, diagnosed the issue and had the parts to fix the issue. Very responsive, professional, and great to work with. I highly recommend them! Thanks again to Randy (office) and Branden (service tech)!

I recently hired them to replace a rusty water holding tank and a few fittings.
They quoted the job for a certain amount, I accepted the quote and two weeks later after the job was completed I received a bill almost 200% more.
I was both surprised and shocked.
I asked them why and it turned out that they also replaced the pump (this is what they claim but I am not sure as I was out of town).
Their motivation was because I requested a quote for a tank pump replacement. They have ignored the fact that I also requested a quote for tank replacement only and for another system more complex.
