The Evergreen Inn
Built in the late 1940s and early '50s when Americans were turning from the rails to the roads, The Evergreen Inn has stayed true to its roots: offering travelers the comfort, convenience, and value of a roadside motel. With its distinctive architecture, vintage tile bathrooms, and scenic, peaceful grounds, The Evergreen retains the best from the past while keeping pace with the future.

The Evergreen, located right off the main highway, is Pratt's only true roadside inn. Guests can park in front of their rooms, which many find appealing, and all rooms are on the ground floor. Offering lodging options for almost everyone, we have 16 rooms and a genuine Burlington Northern train caboose converted into a rental.

This is one of the Best places we have stayed in on any of our hunting trips. Rooms were big and clean. I was impressed from the time I opened the door. We will definitely be back here next year.

Great place to stay. Clean, cheap and great for overnight. Big field for letting the dogs run, they enjoyed it.

Ive stayed in both the motel and campground for over a year for work. The owners are like family. Its retro, but with modern needs. The prices are great, especially when you still have leases to pay at home. Im going to miss it here when we head to the next project. Ive made a lot of friends in this tiny town.

Clean RV park! Just off Hwy 54. There's a lot of good fishing around here, not that I am experienced around here, but I see a few other people with their boats! And lots of lakes! There is a cool old train car here you can request to rent overnight 😀! There's also a pool here, but we have never had time.

Its a roof and shelter. RV park slots in front super small even for a 26ft bumper pull.

Easy access, big rig friendly. Needs to get those ruts fixed but she already apologized for them before we come in. Very nice staff!! We have been stopping here for many years during our travels to AZ and CA! We will be back!

Clean, reasonable price, great mattresses. Quiet even though it is right in the highway. Pleasant front desk. Loved the bathroom and those retro fixtures! We would stay here again!

We stayed here having to travel during the epidemic. This place was spotless. They even sanitized the key and credit card before handing it back. Gloved up and barrier between us and her. Ever so grateful. They were very nice folks as well. Quiet spot. Will stay there again if we go through Pratt.

Very very nice RV Park. We were pulling a really long trailer behind our RV making us about 70 feet long. But they had easy pull through spots, clean and level with convenient hookups. Restaurant on site but we didn't try it.

We'll be back m sure.

OMG! The best shower ever. If you like peace and quiet and a nice clean vintage room you will love this place. I slept like a baby and woke to the birds singing. Seriously. I halfway expected to see Bambi grazing on the lawn when I went out to my car. If you are spending the night in Pratt and want a truly unique experience go to the Evergreen Inn. What a bargain! Did I mention the best shower ever?
