I was referred to Dr Lamb from my regular dentist because I had discomfort in my lower back molar. Dr Lamb assessed it and decided it was cracked through and needed to be pulled. His service that day was fine. I was a bit in shock never expecting to lose a tooth that day and never having had a tooth pulled. No one called me the next day to see how I was doing and remind me that their only after hours phone number was on the post procedure sheet. However, two weeks to the day afterwards, surprisingly, the pocket absessed and Friday afternoon I was in extreme pain. The office was closed and there
