Bob Leger and his crew just completed a siding and window replacement project on my home and I must say that this business rates an A+++ in all aspects from start to finish. The quote, contract and invoicing were precise and well documented (including copies of his professional license and liability insurance). Where do I start? The whole experience with Bob and his crew was amazing. I asked around local and far who is a reputable sider, window and entry door installer. Bob’s name popped up every time. I emailed him a year before my project was due to start and he came out on time to talk to me every time. This alone is hard to find from contractors. He was very upfront with details from start to finish. He added a few extra touches that he didn’t have to and I had no idea what a difference it made of the appearance of my house. Bob came to our home to provide an estimate for our home. His was very professional and detail-oriented. We liked his work and we were going to hire him to do the job. However, out of the blue he stopped responding our email messages or taking our calls. He completely ignored our request for an update. As a professional contractor, the least he could do is advise us what changed. I guess we will never know since he went from a trusted professional to a sleazy car-salesman professional. Very disappointed with this contractor and I would not recommend it to anyone. If he ever gets back to us, i will
