Brad Bishop is a cofounding partner of Bishop & Hayes. He applies his more than 20 years of experience exclusively to auto accident law. He represents our clients with compassion and professionalism, with the goal of helping each injured client receive just compensation after an auto accident. Brad started law school with the intention of representing big corporations.
Tim Hayes is a cofounding partner of Bishop & Hayes. He dedicates his more than two decades of experience exclusively to auto accident recovery. Tim is as compassionate and caring toward his clients as he is aggressive about advocating for their rights to damages. Tim began his legal career at a large firm, where he exclusively handled personal injury litigation and headed the firm's personal injury law department.

These people let us to believe that they could help us in getting some justice done about my daughter being run over by a car in the wee hours in like a month ago just to get a BS letter saying they’re not even going to fight for us regarding this. It took me three months three or four months define a good enough attorney or who I thought was a good enough attorney to help fight this and they said that I waited past the statue limitations I didn’t wait years or anything. Very angry and disappointed. Don’t hire them. I should have went to Corbett law firm!
