Went into business in late April. Needed CPAP equipment and gave a young gentleman my information, insurance card, doctor, phone number. He had all my information and said he would get the ball rolling and keep me informed of what was happening. It is now June 12 and I have heard nothing. Complete and total failure. Probably should have had second thoughts when their showroom area was barren and didn't seem too professionally arranged.
