I’ve been sick for two days. I called the office to schedule an appointment, and they advised she wasn’t seeing anyone that afternoon. I told the nurse, fine, maybe I won’t be sick tomorrow. I called again today, and they said no one can see me today. If you need a primary care for when you’re sick, I do not advise using NRPC. Anytime I’ve been sick, I’ve have to use a doc in the box. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

My doctor is Dr.Kemp and I wouldn’t trade him for nothing, very caring doctor who cares deeply about his patient. My problem is not with my doctor my issue is with the medical records department. Me and my insurance rep has been calling, faxing, speaking with someone about needing information. Only feedback we’re getting is we haven’t receive ur fax and this been going on for about a week or two. No one will return my calls, Friday me and my insurance rep call starting about 11:00 I have been calling since then and here it is 3:30 going on 4:00 with no one answering the phone or responding

I filled out all paperwork including medications and complicated medical history. Was accepted as patient and given appointment. That meant to me they saw everything and accepted me as a new patient. Saw very nice nurse practitioner. We talked about everything that I have going on and I felt like I had found a home. Thought everything was great then doctor came in and said they wouldn't take me as a patient. Still crying in parking lot. Rejected, embarrassed and hopeless. Dont know how to find doctor in this town that is willing to deal with patients that have chronic health problems. We are real
