We will obtain authorization to treat you from your employer's insurance carrier or your individual policy before we begin treatment. HMO Insurance is not accepted. Truckee Physical Therapy has been approved as an official Medicare provider. When you call to make your first appointment we will ask you a series of questions to help us best prepare for your initial evaluation.
