Really appreciated their work. The installation was sped up and done beautifully. Israel was very responsive and patient with back and forth communication. He was also very honest and trustful while doing the inspection. Provided clarification of the fence condition. This is important especially when you’re not doing for your property only but between you and the neighbor. We both love the final product. Very neat. We plan to go with the company again when we need to get the side fence replaced.

Ray and Justin were the best they installed my vinyl fencing both times and were very professional and meticulous to detail. I get nothing but complements about how good my fence looks.
I did have a minor issue but the owner (Jason) came to my home personally and addressed the issue. I am considering enclosing the entire front of my house and remaining side with vinyl and a electric entrance gate. When I do decided to complete this project I will definitely be calling UC Fence and have Ray and Justin complete this project.

After waiting 4 months and Jason still had NO idea when we would receive our material, we requested our deposit back from Home Advisor. We then requested a quote from another company that our neighbor used. He came out on 7/2 and gave us a quote on 7/3 which was cheaper than UC Fence. He said they have NO trouble getting material. They finished our fence on 7/22 and it turned out great. I wish I had contacted them instead of UC fence and we would not have waisted 4 months.

May 5th, 2021, I went to UC Fence business at the 4100 block of Sierra Way in north San Bernardino because I needed several strands of chain link to repair my gate. The staff provided me with the needed materials to complete the repair of my gate and did not charge me. I recommend this business for fence matters. William Sheble.

UC fence was among a few contractors that we asked to quote to repair, stucco and bring to height an existing block wall that had seen it's day and to bring to code for a pool dig. Although UC Fence quote was not the least expensive of our quotes, they were more than willing to match our other offers to get our business. Israel was our point of contact for the entire project. Israel is completely professional and communicated well. This project took a couple days and was handled with care and professionalism. UC Fence is local to San Bernardino and helped us out tremendously.Thanks guys.

They came out and quoted right away, the price was great, and they installed within a month (unlike some other companies who couldn't see me for 3 months). I believe Lee was one of the Installers. My neighbors used this company and the fences look alright. So I decided to use them too. Upon digging out the old fence, they broke the main water line to the house. So the owner calls me to ask me how “I”was going to fix the plumbing because in the contract they wrote that 2-4 ft from the fence they are not responsible for any damage to the property. Upon talking to workers, they state “we run into this problem all the time at track homes.” I call the owner a few times to see how he can fix this and decides to tell his men to fix out themselves and in the process of 5 hours they only

We contacted UC Fence back in October of 2019 to get an estimate on the fence. At that time, one of our neighbors wasn't willing to split the cost. The last wind storm caused our fence on both sides to be hanging on by a post or two...We contacted UC Fence again for an updated quote. Vanessa was a pleasure to work with in making sure that all parties agreed with the changes being made and created separate contracts amongst the neighbors. They started the project on March 10th. Nightmare experience with this fencing company.
Here is a bullet list of everything that occurred along with photos.
-Day 1 - Two workers arrive. Blasting music at 8:30am. Smell of pot, but I overlook it.
-Day 2 - Same two workers. Blasting music at 8:30 am. I actually watch them smoking pot passing a pipe back and forth in their truck. After they got high the work done on both backyard fences was horrendous. Crooked fence lines, mismatched framing, crooked cutting of wood, the use of damaged wood panels, disconnected 2x4's (look at pics). The yard was a shambles including oreo cookies, food

I'd like to be able to leave a review about the quality of their product or installation, but they never let me get that far. After adjusting my schedule around the convenience of the estimator, I met with them and made clear that I needed a quick estimate so that I could make a decision about how I wanted to do my fence before we adopted the dog. That was last Thursday night. After three texts reminding the installer that I really would like to see a quote, I still haven't seen one 5 days later. So much for trying to support a local business.

I called Jason at UC Fence for a job needed for my daughters condo up by Cal State San Bdno. And it was the most pleasant experience ever...all I had to do was send him pictures of the job, and he quickly provided a quote. Then he sent someone out the very next day to do the job and it looks amazing. They are top notch, fairly priced, and do a great job. We had our fence installed at the end of August 2018. We went in with a group of 6 or so immediate neighbors in our HOA, and UC Fence was chosen by the group since they had decent reviews and the lowest bid. I am writing this review because we had an overall bad experience with the company for a number of reasons, which I will list in chronological order, although #3 and #4 is what prompted me to write this review now.
1. After the fence in our yard was installed, the team left a bunch of trash in our yard (picture attached). We contacted Eric Prien and the trash was removed the following day

UC Fence was recommended to us through Home Advisor and was our first and best quote. We had a day scheduled but asked if they have any cancelation to give us a call. We got bumped up 9 days. The guys that came to do the install were friendly and got right to work. When digging a hole for a post they accidentally hit a sprinkler line and were very open about it and fixed it right away and still got the job done on time. We got a follow up call from the sales person and treated with respect through the whole process.

Not thrilled with UC Fence or their workmanship at all. They were scheduled to show up on a Monday at 7:30 am, no show. From there it went downhill. It was suppose to be a 2 day job. Turned into a 3 week nightmare. They wanted to argue with me the date the job was suppose to start even though it was clearly written on the contract. Finally they show up day 1 and they were suppose to complete 1 side of my yard. I come home to find they left it un finished with 2 panels missing, very inconvenient if you have 3 dogs. Day 2 they install the other side complete the 1st side and leave me without a gate
