Tavi J. Dressler was born in Medellin, Colombia and raised in Hartford, Connecticut, where he developed a sense of community and the commitment to give voice to those in need. After earning his bachelor's degree from the University of Connecticut, Tavi returned to Colombia, where he taught orphans to read & write, helped care for children at cancer clinics, and organized neighborhood soccer teams in Cartagena.
Sarah is passionate about the work she does at Dressler Strickland. Her goal from a young age was to be trial attorney, wanting to make a difference in the lives of people who have been injured as a result of someone else's conduct. She had seen how the work of great attorneys can truly make a difference in other's lives and she strives to do the same for her clients.
Alexa has a passion for helping others and giving back to her community. She strives to work with injured people to tell their story, so that they become more than just a number to the insurance companies. Alexa has tried a number of cases before a jury. She, along with Attorney Sarah Mather, secured the first win from a jury in Hartford Superior Court in 2017, for a plaintiff who had been injured in a slip and fall.
