Critical: Professionalism
He was flat out rude to me. He yelled at me, because I was scoping other potential competitors. He hung up the phone, completely unprofessional. As soon as I mentioned Orkin or Terminix he blew up in frustration. Not cost effective.

Safeguard is the best pest control company Oklahoma has to offer. No matter what the issues is, its soon to be a was issue once they arrive onsite. The Safeguard staff is one of the friendliest and best to work with. They've always been honest and straight up on the issue. I've used this company for years and will continue to use them.
