Video surveillance is imperative to the safety and well -being of students from elementary school through high school and college. Crime unfortunately has become a serious reality in our educational community. The events at the Virginia Tech School as well as Sandy Hook Elementary have brought the safety of our students into the forefront of national attention here in the United States as well as abroad.

While its certainly possible with any electronics that you may have had a problem with the camera I can promise that under no circumstances would we deny you a refund for a defective product right out of the box. Please call into our offices and ask for me directly and I'd be happy to do what I can to make it right.

Purchased a camera from DSS and it was defective upon opening. When operating the PTZ camera, wavy lines would appear on the screen. The BNC connection was not terminated properly and when moved, would produce sporadic lines through the image. This product is NOT PROFESSIONAL GRADE. Customer service is not refunding my order. Stay away from this business! This camera is a poorly made China manufactured piece of junk.
