HLS Team focuses on executing retained searches for C-Level and senior-level professionals with Infrastructure, Environmental, Natural Resources, Industrial and Federal clients.
Over more than two decades, Mr. Hydrick established and led senior-level executive search in the firm's Industrial, Federal, Infrastructure and Natural Resources practices for clients that ranged from start up firms to the world's largest Engineering Consultancies. In addition to his continued leadership of the firm, Mr. Hydrick leads client development efforts for Hygun Leadership Solutions.
Jennifer obtained her M.S. degree from Suffolk University, Boston, MA, in Mental Health Counseling and her B.S. degree in Psychology at the University of Florida. She has over 20 years experience in helping individuals, groups and businesses with growth and instructs organizations on how to manage change.
While other firms simply "haul out" a stack of resumes and ship them in hope that one might fit the client's need, we conduct a targeted search. Generally, the candidate being sought is not currently looking for another position nor is he/she reading recruitment advertising, but must be actively pursued through contacts, referrals, research, and pure recruiting efforts requiring extensive access and information.
Effective executive search is both an art and a science. The art is the ability to effectively communicate, honestly relate, and advise with integrity both clients and candidates.
