Services
The Baldwin Law Firm helps its clients get their estate plans without unnecessary visits to the office by using secure virtual and electronic communication tools. We especially enjoy estate planning for retirees (or those nearing retirement). Having reached their golden years, a retiree's needs are often complex and unique.
Baldwin Law Firm knows the complexities of the legal system as they pertain to dividing assets, and is here to help you navigate and sort your affairs. Get peace of mind of having a knowledgeable and experienced probate attorney by your side to guide you through the probate and estate administration process.
Despite a well-crafted and concise will, disputes may arise between both heirs and beneficiaries as assets are organized and distributed. Baldwin Law Firm has a team of estate and trust attorneys for circumstances that require a litigation attorney. Even when a will or trust is well-devised, issues can emerge that require legal assistance.
A will is one part of an estate plan. A properly considered and drafted estate plan will plan for the possibility your incapacity (inability to make decisions for yourself) as well as your death. An estate plan will usually contain a will, living will, general durable power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney and a HIPAA release.

I’ve known Elwood (Woody) Baldwin for a few years. I found him online when I was looking for an attorney to do a will for me. I liked the online advertisement and decided to give him a call. I already had two wills done previously but I wanted to update.
When I met Woody I found him to be a nice person. He was professional and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. I was impressed because he told me things about the will that I needed that no other attorney had ever told me.
I recently needed to update my will again and just like he did the first time, he provided professional service

Positive: Responsiveness
Woody is tremendously knowledgeable and responsive. I have trusted him numerous times with my own clients, friends, and family members, and they have all had positive experiences. Woody is a great resource in the southern New Jersey area for handling wills and estates issues and business formation and transactional issues.

We hired Woody Baldwin to handle my mother-in-law's estate. He failed to inform of us of important time sensitive information from the bank's lawyers, who were in contact with him not us. This left us in a very stressful and difficult position. I had to resolve these issues on my own. He stopped communicating with us after that. He eventually apologized to us when he visited our church months later, however he was never able to account for what he did for the money we paid him.
