B-Dry did a very professional job of installing a trench, sump pump, and dehumidifier in a very damp basement of a museum building. From their first site visit where they analyzed the problem and provided a recommended solution to the final day of installation, everyone associated with the project kept us informed and took care to maintain a clean and safe worksite. They also made certain that they would be available should any issues arise.

We needed to seal a large rock in basement where the walls did not seal to the rock. They "encapsulated" the area. It was hard work for 2 days but they did a beautiful job. The area is neat and clean. The septic pumps were installed with huge pipes (hopefully, we will not need them, but better safe than sorry).

These guys were great. Richard from B-Dry came in and made my basement DRY! He and his team were right on time and went right to work. Richard was quick to update me on his progress if I asked and also made sure to update me regularly as the job went along. He explained everything to me throughout the entire process. My basement is DRY!

B-Dry did an absolutely wonderful job with our basement drainage system and sump pump installation. They were early to the job site and finished the job in one day, which was really impressive. Best of all, they were great on the customer service front and they cleaned up before leaving, which made my life so much easier.
The estimation process was free and professional and the crew was very kind and efficient throughout the whole process.
I wouldn’t recommend anybody else to do basement or foundation work.

B-Dry was amazing. They came out and waterproofed our crawlspace. Rich's team was on time everyday and got the project done within the timeframe. They were very respectful and always explained what the next steps were in the process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has any water issues.

I had a faulty sump pump which caused my basement to flood just before the holidays. I called B-Dry to see what they could do for me. They were very busy but provided gave me with a heavy duty sump pump to use until they could start the job after Christmas. It worked great!! When they arrived to do the job the following week, they were very professional and did a great job of expanding the sump pump hole, sealing it completely and also provided me with two brand new pumps. My sump pump is now working great and I have no more worries!! They know their stuff and get my recommendation for anyone who

Is there anyway to give them zero stars? Myself and everyone else I know who has done business with BDry has had terrible experiences. This company does not care about customer satisfaction and doesn't understand the concept of the customer is always right. This company only cares about making money and has no problem cutting corners and not completing jobs up to code. Management and the owner, Ron and Ben, have no problem telling their employees to complete jobs incorrectly or in ways that will cause the homeowner to have further issues down the line.
