I called and give a detailed description of the work that was needed. I understood the service charge and agreed to pay. I was expecting work to be done , after explaining I wanted a simple outlets installed when the service men arrived. They replaced two lightbulbs for $70.00. So much for so little.

We contacted D J Beardsley & Sons in mid-February, 2016, for a quote to install overhead lights in 3 upstairs bedrooms in our home in Pittsford. It took a couple of weeks to get the results of the quote at the beginning of March, but the quote was significantly lower than a similar quote from a big box retailer. We were able to schedule an installation for the following Monday.
Ken and John arrived promptly, just before the 8:00am start time, and were very courteous. They worked very quickly, and finished in under 3 hours, much faster than we had expected! We are very pleased with the installation

These guys really know what they are doing. They found source of a problem and fixed it when 2 other electricians couldn't. This was a couple years ago. Recently I called them about a problem and they showed up the next morning at 7:15 am and cheerfully and quickly fixed the problem of a broken conduit and wire and also relabeled my panel box that was inaccurate. Thanks, Beardsley!
