She earned her Associates in nursing at Wake Tech, her BSN from Grantham University, and her Master's of Science in Nursing from Frontier Nursing University.

She attended Duquesne Univeristy in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2005 earning her Bachelors of Health Science and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies.

I have been going to this facility for over 10 years and I have never had any complications here, until today. Yesterday I scheduled an appointment with my doctor to be swabbed for a PCR covid test, the man who helped me schedule my appointment was extremely helpful, but he did not give me any directions as to where I needed to check in for my appointment. When I arrived, I entered the building and checked in with the older, blonde receptionist with black glasses. She began to speak to me with a terrible attitude and proceeded to yell at me, telling me that she doesn’t know why I thought that

I would give this place zero stars if possible. THE WORST customer service EVER! I've only had one person there act like they have ANY customer service skills which is sad for a medical office. I have called 2 days in a row trying to get my test results and every time they put me on hold without even speaking to me. Yesterday I waited 30 min without anyone ever coming back to the phone. Then another 15 min after that and another 15 after that. Today the person answering the phone was very rude and immediately just placed me on hold. I can't even get them to pick up at all. Called yesterday 10/13/21 at 4:40 the girl picked up and asked me to hold and left me on hold never came back even though they close at 5 she never even came so rude! I called today to complain and I had the pleasure of speaking with Cari she was so nice and understanding and got me a quick appointment I was going to give 1 star but speaking with her made me feel better , her and Val are always a pleasure the girl who left me on hold not so much and this isn’t the first time that’s happened and it seem to always happen with her ! Please do not go here. Save your time. The last two times I have been here have been nothing but horrible. At one point I had something going on which I would rather not disclose however they told me I needed to go to Duke or UNC and get emergency surgery because said issue could get into my spine and paralyze me. I went elsewhere and had it handled absolutely no problem. The last time (today), both me and my son are sick. I made my appointment an hour and a half before his at his pediatrician (which is less than half a mile away may I add). I called when I got there per their instructions and

I recently started going here I see PA Sydney and she is amazing I love coming here she is so understanding and patient and not rude she definitely loves her jobs and cares about people also the day I was there I was checked out by Cari and the lady in front of me was being so rude and disrespectful rushing her and cari kept her calm and had so much patience and grace and I applaud her for that she’s a joy to be around and a very respectful kind person! Extremely unprofessional when on the phone. Significantly rude and not very inviting when they answer. Puts you on hold for 10+ minutes. Do not recommend. The front desk employees are also ill-mannered in person as-well. Almost like you’re literally interrupting their work hours. 🙄 Not pleased by their professionalism. 👎🏼 Would rate .5 or no stars if there was an option.
