My daughter did really good during her dental visit but because she was crying they charge me for a “behavior fee” didn’t know nothing about until her next appointment. Been going to the dentist for awhile now. It depends on the dentist treating them if the charge it or now. The other dentist before didn’t charge the behavior fee and she cried a little bit too. I think its way for them to get more money and it’s not fair plus the insurance it’s not going pay for it. Beware and read your paper work for hidden fees. Found another dentist much better and don’t charge extra fees because

This was the first time I took my twin girls to see a dentist. I was feeling nervous right along with my girls, but the staff were very friendly and understanding of my concerns. They explained everything to my girls and to me which helped us all feel more at ease. They were so patient with my girls when they showed hesitancy toward different aspects of this new experience. Thank you to Kids First for making our first experience as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office to anyone searching for a pediatric dentist!

My son had a cleaning in the beginning of July ( made this appointment in march) and they said he had a few cavities that would need to be taken care of. Made an appointment for Oct 14 which was the soonest appointment. Two days before his appointment I get calls and text saying the appointment was cancelled and that they would call to reschedule. Called today 10/25 to see when the appointment would be since I never was called to reschedule. I was told he was on a cancellation list and that they were booked out until March. This is not acceptable to wait almost 10 months July to March for a cavity

My 11 year old son just moved in with me from antihero state, getting him into a great dentist was important to me of course.
I researched and found lots of 5 star reviews on kids first dentistry, and now I am adding my own 5 star review.
I walked into a really clean building with smiling staff members that were all very helpful,
Dr Grewal was great with my son and had us both laughing.
I definitely recommend this place.
