Physicians Alliance Surgery Center is a state-of-the-art facility providing surgical surgeries that do not require hospital admission. Nearly 60% of surgeries in the United States are performed in an ambulatory setting. Physicians Alliance offers patients a modern setting that is more cost-effective and creates a more caring and comfortable environment than you would typically find in a hospital setting.
Types of surgeries performed at Physicians Alliance include general surgery; ear, nose and throat; gynecology; ophthalmology; orthopedic; and retinal specialties. At Physicians Alliance you will receive services in a setting where the surgeons themselves select the highest quality staff and equipment and have complete control over the surgical process.

Services
Thank you for choosing Physicians Alliance Surgery Center. We are committed to providing quality surgical care in an outpatient environment. We provide a variety of surgical outpatient procedures including orthopedic, ENT, pediatric, podiatry, ophthalmic, oral, general and gynecological surgery. As an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) we perform surgeries that do not require hospital admission.
Sometime before your procedure a staff member from Physicians Alliance Surgery Center will call to arrange an anesthesia pre-operative visit or conference call. At this time a staff member will also confirm your appointment time and any necessary lab work that needs to be completed. For procedures not covered by insurance please check with the billing office on requirements for payment on the day of surgery.
Please plan to spend an average of two to four hours from the time you arrive at the facility to the time of discharge. The length of stay is determined by the type of procedure and anesthesia given. Our staff will keep your family and friends informed of your progress. We understand the anxiety family and friends will have while you are having your procedure.
You will then be escorted to the pre-operative area. There, your nurse will greet you, prepare you for surgery, and provide whatever assistance is needed for your comfort. Registered nurses will observe you closely and monitor your vital signs frequently until you are alert and ready to go home.
Throughout this period, your family member(s) or friend(s) will be kept informed of your progress, and when you are stable they will be allowed to be with you at your bedside.
