Why on earth would you put a default passcode on a thermostat as 1234 that you can’t change? (T4)
I literally guessed it first try as would anyone else born after 1990.
“Because if you move then the new person wouldn’t be able to change it”
Put an override or manual reset button on the back of it.
Sure it would be annoying if your kid set a random passcode and you had to reset your whole system but at least the security would work.
