I took my sons sports coat to be cleaned and he could not get the stain out so he cleaned it two more times for free. We needed the sports coat by the next morning and the gentleman who owns the cleaner said he would give it one more try and he brought the sports coat to my house at 9 o'clock at night and there was no charge because he could never get the stain out. I use the service several times before and since this incident. But I've never had better customer service anywhere!

A month ago, I took my comforter to be cleaned when I got it back 2 weeks later it smelled like mildew and dirty socks (think locker room ). I took it back. The clerk said they would re-clean free of charge. I went back to pick it up today. I was told it was NOT re-cleaned because "they said" it didn't smell.
If you want to spend 40.00 to get a comforter that smells worse after it's cleaned, then go here. If you would actually like a clean comforter I'd make the trip to a different cleaners.
