I went there for the PROs program in 2018. The worker I was assigned to had me sit in front of a computer with him for 3 hours as he typed in a report justifying my “functional deficits.” Another staff yelled at my friend for drawing before he said to draw. The assistant director discouraged me from going to the peer led groups. When I said I didn’t want to continue the director accused me of drinking or doing drugs and wouldn’t refund my money. This program did not treat me as an adult and can be quite harmful for people’s feelings of dignity and self worth.

Wendy the family advocate is extremely rude, when asked to repeat herself she felt very fustrated to the point she hung in my face when trying to assist a family member who is disabled. Not the right person to in the fefro lines as she has no patience or compassion for the community she is dealing with. I'm disgusted amd feel extremely sad for disabled individuals who have to be directed for service s through someone who is soon disconnected in her field. I do not recommend this company soley bc she is in the front lines. I can't speak to the other staff. Nicole who answered the phone was nice

One of the worst outpatients I have ever been to. The staff is so unprofessional along with the psychiatrist, they have always messed up my appointments and gave me false information regarding the dates & times of my appointments. I do not recommend this facility to anyone.

Mha Of Rockland really helped me to move forward in life. I was an out patient for two years and left with the confidence and dignity I needed. The staff is incredible, they really care about your well being. You can be yourself because everyone is there more or less for the same reason. I'll recommend this center to anyone.
