I don't know how they did it, but wow! We had a monster of a sectional couch that was wedged into a room by other furniture and I thought it could never be removed. Not only did they get it out, but they asked for our vacuum and cleaned up the room when they were done. Truly remarkable team!!

Cedric and Xavier were very professional, they gave me a 30 minute notice of arrival call like I asked, they removed a few boxes that i had piled up in a corner in a very professional manner, were very quick workers got in and out in a timely fashion! I told me son to call them as he needed a couch removed from his apt. I was referred by my boss so I thought this would be a perfect present for my son. He was getting ready for his daughters birthday party. He was told to text a pic and they would send him a quote and get out there and get it removed the next morning in time for the party. My son messaged him today as he had not heard back and the boss or Jamie Rios called him a liar and didn’t take ownership for their poor customer service. Do not use them if you need to count on someone.

Staff drives company trucks 40 mph in a 15 mph residential street. Consequently striking one of my neighbors dogs and killing it. The driver just left didn't try to help didn't stop just left even though the woman's five-year-old kid witnessed her beloved pet being ran over in the street real nice good job

Wow - Amazing! Rio's business processes can't get much better/customer-friendly - Husband called around 11am to see about a quote for removing a bunch of junk/debris from the side of the house - He spoke with a guy who said he could come out at 12:30-1pm to get him a quote - After hanging up, husband received a text confirming the appt - Guy showed up on time - Price was more than fair ($525) - Scheduled for 2-3pm same day to complete the job - Husband receives a text to approve job - 3-man crew showed up on time (all were incredibly polite and professional) - They completed the job
