Outstanding service worth the wait! We had a problem with a shower door. We had to wait until they could come out to repair it. It was worth the wait. Very reliable and trustworthy!

My broken window in for measurement they ordered what I needed when it came in I brought it back they put it in and put it in my car for me. Prices were very reasonable.

They came out to do an estimate on some broken windows, called several times to get the estimate and they said the guy never gave it to them. I stopped trying after two weeks. Poor service!

Supposed to call me back and come look at windows to be replaced. Never called back. Said they would try again, never called. I stopped in and receptionist said they are so busy doing new construction. Well so much for that?

Late last winter, Whittenburg came out, measured, and made a large, custom 1/4" thick tempered glass door for our Roman shower. After the installation, everything was fine until the summer sun started beating down on the outside of the wall where the shower door was mounted inside, causing the wall to expand. Due to the wall expansion, the door would no longer close properly. Chris came out twice to make adjustments on the same days we called, but finally decided the right thing to do would be to make a whole new door at no cost to us, which has now been installed.
