Matt P. a service technician came to install a system at my mother’s home. He was prompt, polite, courtesy, took his time to make sure everything was properly working, sat down with my mother and myself to go over the whole panel system just to make sue we had it down pack. To say the least “HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND “ and that’s what I call customer service and will and would recommend this company anytime. Great company and excellent technicians working for them! Again thank you Matt P for doing such an excellent job!

My heartfelt and sincere thank you to Technician Victor and owner Matt Harris of Clearview Security Inc of Knoxville. I have had my home security system for over 2 years and have never had an issue until recently when I started getting an alert that the battery was low in my master bedroom. When I called, I spoke with technician Victor who told me they could come out but I would have to pay for a service call. I thanked him but told him I was not able to afford the fee and was going to have to try to get my grandson to help me find and replace the low battery on a window which was frankly impossible

My experience so far with Clearview has been top notch.
We purchased our first small recording device from Clearview. Same quality as the competitors in town. But for a much more reasonable price.
The install person showed up professionally dressed and with the Positive professional attitude.
Installer was very familiar with equipment and took his time to make sure it was installed properly. He was neat and tidy with all his work.
He took the time to make sure that our staff was properly trained. He was very knowledgeable about the equipment how it operated. He was very good at training staff
