Made in-house, personally made. Our terry velour is 100% cotton, 12 oz/square yard, material which has been woven to our specifications and imported by us directly from a mill in Turkey. One side of our terry velour features loop terry for maximum absorbency, while the other side (which is the outside of our terry velour products) is sheared for softness and luxurious appearance.

My first visit was to have 4 pillows embroidered with a large monogram. Brought the pillow covers to the store- in plastic- never taken out. Picked out the only monogram she seemed comfortable doing even though it wasn’t what I wanted. When I picked up, there was dirt in the same spot on all 4 pillows. When I pointed this out she told me I brought them in that way. Really?! She did offer to reimburse me for dry cleaning which I did but it was inconvenient for me. I’m now looking at the pillows and the stitches are coming out already. Such a poor job. And she kept telling me how many stitches

I really wanted to like this store but have consistently been treated unprofessionally by the owner. I’ve gone into the store to ask her a question and she hardly looked up from her egg salad sandwich which she was eating over items she was selling. I had attempted to place an order for something I needed in a week- a baseball hat- and was told it would take much more time. Additionally I walked into the store with three Christmas stockings (in October, so no holiday rush) and didn’t even make it to the counter without telling me she couldn’t do- my crafty coworker easily did it for me instead

I've been a customer for several years, and followed this business as it's moved to several locations. The most recent location is furthest from me, but I went to get a new baby gift with the name embroidered, as I do for each of my friends when they have a baby. I called ahead of time to find out the store hours, and was told they were closing at 5 BUT the owner would wait if I got there shortly after which was very kind of her.
I asked if I could place my order over the phone and provide credit card information, so it would be ready when I got to the store and I would not hold the owner/manager
